Board of Directors

The PCMS Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the professional and general community that offer a caring and supportive guidance to the direction of care for our clients. While not mandatory to serve on the PCMS Board of Directors, most have a background in mental/behavioral health, experience and have the ability to represent.

Partnerships

PCMS assists clients by creating an individualized care plan based upon the strengths and specific needs of the client and/or family. Collaborative partnerships with private and public agencies are often vital in assisting the client in obtaining entitlements and resources that promote a better quality of life. PCMS values the power of partnership in serving our community. PCMS employees serve on coalitions, committees, and boards with and for our community partners and citizens.

PCMS utilizes a multidisciplinary approach for client care by coordinating with psychiatry, therapy and other pertinent members of the client’s team to ensure the maximum potential of success.
