Case Manager/Care Coordinator
We are currently hiring Case Managers and Care Coordinators to provide one on one support to individuals in their homes and throughout the community. Positions are available in Washington, Frederick and Carroll counties. Bachelor’s degree and minimum of two years’ experience working with adults and/or children required.
–4 yr Bachelors degree in Social Work or Human Services with 1 year of experience or a 2 yr Human Services degree with 2 years of experience
–Candidates should be adept at working with people and possess exceptional communication and time management skills.
Clinical Coordinator
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to coordinate a team that delivers client care. This position will be primarily in Washington County, MD and provides clinical supervision to our community staff. We are looking for someone with a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, is licensed by the State of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C), as well as three years of experience.
Program Manager – Allegany County

This individual is responsible for creating an environment that welcomes new and existing customers to keep coming back for coffees, teas, and light fare. The Manager provides supervision to part-time baristas and coordinates their daily work schedules and duties. Additionally, the Manager ensures Silt Coffee Co stays clean, inside and outside and maintains the highest quality specialty drinks and food, along with friendly and professional service.
The Silt Coffee Shop Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day operations and provides timely and effective communication to the customers. This individual is responsible for creating an environment that welcomes new and existing customers to keep coming back for coffees, teas, and light fare. The Coffee Shop Team Member ensures Silt Coffee Co stays clean, inside and outside and maintains the highest quality specialty drinks and food, along with friendly and professional service.
