PCMS will match you contribution up to 4% per paycheck with an employee contribution of 4%.
PCMS will contribute 1% of your starting salary towards your premium!
Employee begin accruing time off immediately at 3.08 hours bi-weekly, and it increases with years of service!
Employees accrue 1.03 hours biweekly and PCMS permits use of sick time in lieu of PTO time.
PCMS awards four (4) floating holidays per year. If you work the entire quarter, the floating holiday is applied the following payroll!
PCMS recognizes eight (8) paid holidays!
PCMS provides continuing education bi-annual training for staff on a variety of topics.
