Carroll County

Welcome to the Carroll County office of Potomac Case Management Services (PCMS). We are a not-for-profit organization serving individuals and families with mental health needs. Our office is located in the Taneytown Professional Center in Taneytown, MD. This office provides services to families through our Mental Health Care Coordination (MHCC) serving children 4 – 18 years of age. We also provide services to adults through our Targeted Case Management (TCM) serving adults 18 and older.
