Rental Application Process

Application Procedures

1. We encourage requests should be made at least 14 days prior to activity date.
2. Initiate Contact E.M. Tobias Family Center by submitting Step 1- Room Request Form. This process will confirm availability and tentatively reserve your desired space.
3. You will receive a response confirming space availability or suggestion to choose another date.
4. Once availability is confirmed we will instruct you to proceed to Submit a completed Rental Request Application. Include Certificate of Insurance if a Reoccurring Lease.
5. Upon approval, your payment receipt will act as a confirmation and rental security.
