PCMS’s interview process has been structured to ensure we provide a transparent interview process for you as you explore your job opportunities and provide you with a better understanding of the position you are seeking with us.

We want to assure that we set you up for success as a new employee. After hiring, we match you with a mentor for 90 days to assist you with learning our policies, regulations, and resources in the community.

Phone Interview

The first point of contact will be a phone interview. During this process we are exploring your experience and what you are looking for in an employer.

First Interview

The first interview is a face-to-face interview. At this portion of the process, we are reviewing your skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the job. We are also answering any questions you may have regarding the position.

Job Shadow and Second Interview

The next step of our interview process is a Job Shadow that takes place in Washington County, MD. This is the part of the interview process and includes assessing your interaction with client(s), recommendations, and post-visit feedback. Depending on the number of clients you may be in the field for approximately three hours. The second interview will be immediately following your return to the office.
