Welcome to the Frederick County office of Potomac Case Management Services (PCMS). We are a not-for-profit organization serving individuals and families with mental health needs. Our office is located at 1446 W Patrick St., Suite 16 Frederick, MD 21703. This office provides services to families through our Mental Health Care Coordination (MHCC) serving children 5 – 18 years of age. We also provide services to adults through our Targeted Case Management (TCM) serving adults 18 and older.
