Housing Program

The Housing Program is a Continuum of Care for Adults and Families funded through HUD. This program helps homeless individuals and families in Washington County to secure permanent supported housing.

PCMS manages the program and provides participants of the program with case management services to maintain or improve their living situation, employment, and life skills. The case manager encourages participant to consider taking an active role in mental health and substance treatment services that foster a healthier life style.
