Welcome to the Washington County office of Potomac Case Management Services (PCMS). We are a not-for-profit organization serving individuals and families with mental health needs. Our office is located in the E.M. Tobias Family Center Building in Hagerstown, MD.

From our Washington County office we provide a variety of services. Through our Targeted Case Management, Mental Health Care Coordination, and Early Childhood Mental Health programs we provide case management services from birth to adulthood. Our Family and Integrated Services programs include our Family Strong Program, TruOps, In-Home Behavioral Health, and the Day Reporting Center; all these programs offer a variety of mental health care services. The Housing program assists individuals secure permanent housing, while our Journey Life Care and Humana At-Home services programs provide professional geriatric care.
